At Krispy Kreme, we want to attract and retain managers as special and great as our doughnuts. We start by training our managers the right way. New recruits in this exclusive, entry level training program receive six months of management training that includes rotations in retail, wholesale and support center operations. We put our trainees up in corporate housing during rotations and give them a raise upon completion of the program.
As a manager trainee, not only will you work with a team of peers at our headquarters to master our management model, but you also will have an opportunity to interact with many members of our upper level management team, including one-on-one time with our CEO.
The Krispy Kreme Management Training Program is intense but fun. It provides the hands-on experience you need to build your current skills and prepare you to run a Krispy Kreme store. Upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program, you will be a certified Assistant Manager and relocated to a location that business needs dictate. Graduates of the program serve as Assistant Managers and are usually on the fast track to a General Manager position.
