At Krispy Kreme, we want to attract and retain managers and supervisors as special and great as our doughnuts. We start by training our managers and supervisors the right way.

Krispy Kreme Manager Trainee Program

The Krispy Kreme Management Training Program is intense but fun.  New recruits in this exclusive, entry level training program receive six months of management training that includes rotations in retail, wholesale and support center operations. This program is ideal for someone interested in restaurant management that does not have extensive experience in the industry. It provides the hands-on experience you need to build your current skills and prepare you to run a Krispy Kreme store.

As a manager trainee, not only will you work with a team of peers at our headquarters to master our management model, but you also will have an opportunity to interact with many members of our upper level management team, including one-on-one time with our CEO.
Candidates for our KKMT program must be open to relocation during the training. Upon completion of the Manager Trainee Program, you will be a certified Assistant Manager and relocated to a location that business needs dictate. Graduates of the program serve as Assistant Managers and are usually on the fast track to a General Manager position.

Krispy Kreme Sales Supervisor Training Program

Krispy Kreme was founded as a wholesale operation in 1937.  To this day, our wholesale business is an integral part of our company operation.

As a way to continue to develop strong leaders in our wholesale business, Krispy Kreme has developed a training program for Route Sales Supervisors.  This program is ideal for candidates that enjoy driving, supervising a team and selling a world class product.  Veterans in transition are highly encouraged to apply to this elite, six month program.  

During this program, candidates will work side by side with our Sales Managers to learn how to make sales calls, manage a fleet, develop your team and ensure brand standards.  

Candidates for the Route Sales Supervisor Training program must be open to relocation during the program and upon graduation.
