My mother-in-law, Cora Jean Barber, was the first person hired in 1965 when the Huntsville, AL store opened. Today, she still works there four days a week. What an amazing woman! The picture shows her then and now. You can also see her two great-granddaughters eating their first Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
