My family used to do these trips that we like to call "pajama runs". A pajama run is where our parents would bang pots and pans a few minutes after we had gone and told us to come downstairs and we would all hop in the car in our pajamas and go somewhere. We always went to Krispy Kreme. It was so much fun! (Minus the stares we got from being in our pajamas.)
