Kick off the New Year with an EASY
Fondue Buffet (for two or twenty-two) featuring Krispy Kreme’s Doughnut
Holes and a selection of fondue sauces: chocolate, white chocolate and caramel.
Serve with your favorite varieties of Krispy Kreme doughnut holes and an
array of fresh fruit.
** Preheat your Fondue Pot 15 minute prior to placing ingredients in it.
CHOCOLATE FONDUE:
(3) 12 oz bags - chocolate chips
1 pt + 4 oz cream (warmed)
Place chocolate chips into a double boiler Melt chocolate chips – Add
the warm cream. Mix until all ingredients are smooth.
WHITE CHOCOLATE FONDUE:
(3) 12 oz bags - white chocolate chips
1 pt + 4 oz cream (warmed)
(Same procedure)
CARAMEL FONDUE:
(3) 14 oz bags – caramel candy (unwrapped)
12 oz cream (warmed)
(Same procedure)
Cream
Warm cream over low heat.
Place chocolate chips/caramel squares into a double boiler.
Melt chocolate chips/caramel squares over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add warm cream.
Mix until all ingredients are smooth.
Serve in fondue pot with Bunsen burner or candle underneath to keep fondue
warm.
* We also recommend serving your favorite fresh fruit with the fondue. Recipes
serves two to 22 people.
