Krispy Kreme's promise is "to create magic moments". This promise is intended not only for our customers, but for everyone employed by Krispy Kreme. Management 101 was created to provide our Managers with the knowledge and the tools to create magic moments for their customers as well as their employees.

Krispy Kreme's Management Training course (Management 101) starts off with 6 weeks of on-the-job training in a Certified Training Store. This training is supplemented with videos, computer-based training, and a workbook of hard-copy materials. After the completion of the first phase of on-the-job training, the trainee will attend a week-long classroom session at our Training Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The classroom session includes hands-on Production and Equipment training and lectures from Corporate employees. This classroom session is then followed by the next 6-week phase of on-the-job training in the Certified Training Store. After this phase is completed, a trainee will return to Winston-Salem for the final week of classroom training.

Upon completion of Management 101, the Management Trainee will be able to effectively run their own store and can create mentoring relationships with their employees.
