Since the beginning, Krispy Kreme has had an ethos of supporting charities and playing an active role in the local community. Last year over $46 million dollars was raised for good causes through Krispy Kreme's unique Fundraising Programme. One of the ways organisations achieved this was through the sale of Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnuts.

HOW IT WORKS

It really is simple: you buy Krispy Kreme doughnuts from us at the special Fundraising price and then you sell them for full retail price and keep the profits. Pre-selling doughnuts to family, friends and neighbours, or selling doughnuts at high-traffic areas such as a shopping centre or community festival can generate significant Funds.

A doughnut sale usually takes two forms. In a pre-sell the Fundraiser would take orders from customers (e.g. friends, family or colleagues) in advance of the sale. On the day of the sale, the Fundraiser collects the pre-ordered doughnuts and distributes them to their customers (or their customers come and collect their orders from a designated pick-up point.)

A second method is a same-day sale. In a same-day sale, Fundraisers decide how many dozen they want to sell to reach a goal, and then simply order the doughnuts and sell them directly to the public that day. These sales usually involve groups setting up a stall at an event (e.g. a cake sale, sports match, community festival etc.) and ask people to support their cause by buying a dozen doughnuts. Krispy Kreme does not encourage door-to-door selling.

Krispy Kreme can provide you with tools to support your Fundraiser. These include pre-selling sheets (to enable you to take advance orders), posters, hats, banners and balloons. For large events, we can even lend you a Krispy Kreme marquee!

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are made fresh the day of collection and packaged by the dozen in our unmistakeable red and green Fundraising boxes.
