We may offer you certain financial incentives, such as discounts or free gifts, through our loyalty program, the Krispy Kreme Rewards Program, in exchange for personal information, including name, email address, phone number, birth day and month, zip code, and purchase history information. We will use this personal information to administer the Krispy Kreme Rewards Program and the Krispy Kreme Review Crew. We will also process your email address and phone number for targeted advertising purposes. We share this personal information with third parties helping us to administer our financial incentive programs, service providers, and as described in the How We Share Your Information Section above. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time by clicking “Need help” on our Sites, selecting “Rewards”, selecting “Deactivate Rewards Account” and completing the form..
We calculate the value of the financial incentive by using the expense related to the offer and our reasonable determination of the value of your personal information. To participate in the Krispy Kreme Reward Program, you must have a Krispy Kreme Rewards Program account to allow us to track your transactions in order to calculate your points and rewards, as described in our Terms of Use. We will not be able to track this information and administer your benefits if you submit a request to delete under state privacy laws, and we will not be able to participate in the Krispy Kreme Rewards Program
Our Online Services and electronic communications are provided from within the United States and are subject to the applicable state and federal laws of the United States. If you use our Online Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States where our servers are located and our database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without verified parental or guardian consent.
